The Church must act in the world according to the pattern of the beatitudes, supported by the commission of the Second Vatican Council, especially the document The Church in the Modern World. We contribute our gifts to the world by speaking and acting with a consistent life ethic. Any members are invited to participate in this work.

• Spirit of Service Committee: attentive to social concerns and engage in appropriate actions to foster justice in society and the church in accord with Catholic Social Teachings.
   
• Pro-Life Committee: focus on supporting life at all stages, especially the unborn.
   
• Service Actions:
  • Thanksgiving & Lenten Food Drive
  • Christmas sharing - helping families unable to afford Christmas gifts
  • St. Vincent de Paul Society - serves the local poor with furniture, clothing, food, rent and utility bill assistance. Volunteers help with taking phone inquiries, furniture deliveries, and direct client contact, as well as fund raising and correspondence.
